Danny DJ’d my sister’s wedding in 2023, and he did such an amazing job that I knew I needed him at my wedding. It was serendipity that he moved to the Santa Rosa area as I was planning my wedding in Northern California. Danny came out to almost the middle of nowhere in Lakeport and provided the most INSANE set of all time. The dance floor was lit the entire night. What can we say about DJ Danny that hasn’t already been said?

Like a lot of people, we found Danny through a glowing Reddit review while searching for a wedding DJ, and he absolutely lived up to the hype. From start to finish, he handled everything seamlessly. He set up speakers and microphones across three different areas for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, all while keeping the music flowing and hosting the entire night effortlessly.

The actual music was the part we were most particular about. We basically told Danny, “Please don’t play the typical wedding playlist,” and gave him a VERY long “do not play” list. He completely nailed the vibe we were going for. Every song felt intentional and fit our style perfectly. His mixing was incredible, and at times it honestly felt like being at a concert in the best way possible, while still feeling personal and true to our wedding. The dance floor stayed packed all night long, and so many of our guests commented on how good the music was.

We can’t recommend DJ Danny enough. He was professional, easy to work with, and genuinely helped make our wedding unforgettable.

“DJ Danny was amazing! His website for songs to be played was super easy. Had everything under the sun. He even had recommended songs in case you run out of ideas. Easy and quick communication from planning to the day of the wedding. I would throw him an idea and he would instantly get what I wanted to do. Flexible and open-minded. Gave him a script right before for our reception entrance and nailed it. Asked him to add something that wasn't in the program last minute and was able to do it with no hesitation and flawlessly. Danny was absolutely OUTSTANDING to work with for our wedding day! He was always very prompt in communicating with us, made the time to do an onsite walk-through of our very spaced-out outdoor venue, and gave us great feedback and recommendations on how to best organize our music choices so the entire day/night flowed seamlessly. Danny was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Before the wedding, he guided the planning conversation, listened closely to what we wanted, and picked up on our vibe quickly. He took our song suggestions and ran with them.

For the ceremony, he chose the perfect cuts and cued everything smoothly, with no abrupt changes. For the reception, he built out our requested songs into a playlist and added tracks that complemented them well. There was never a lull, he stayed attentive to the crowd all night, and the dance floor was never empty. Highly recommend!

DJ Danny was absolutely incredible. From the get-go he brought so much professionalism and knowledge to the wedding planning process. He helped us make a ton of decisions not just about music but also about lighting and gear, and his deep expertise there really enhanced the vibe of our wedding. His platform for organizing the music was super helpful and easy to use. But most importantly, he absolutely KILLED it on the dance floor. We had a bunch of special song requests (including many foreign songs with specific tweaks) that Danny absolutely nailed! He got everyone out on the dance floor immediately and everyone had a BLAST! You can tell that Danny is a professional from the quality of his equipment, undetectable transitions, and seamless integration of our requests. 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a super experienced, fire DJ for their event.

Choosing Danny as the DJ for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From our introductory call we could tell that he genuinely cares not only about music but about crafting an experience for guests spanning the moment they arrive to the last song of the night.

He took our playlists and specific song requests and was able to weave them together into an amazing night of dancing, keeping our guests aged 8 to 80 dancing until the final song.

One last note - we’ve been to multiple weddings where music on the dance floor sounds fine but the ceremony and speeches have technical issues. Danny did a superb job of making sure all of our audio sounded flawless, despite a windy outdoor ceremony and reception.
