Wedding & Event Services:

These are the services we currently offer for weddings and events:

• Professional DJ Services: Music professionally mixed and beat-matched.

• Emcee Services: All special moments and announcements emceed with a clear and friendly style.

• Professional Full-Range Sound Systems. We use top of the line RCF, QSC, and EV speakers, and include subwoofers in all setups to provide a full sound experience for guests.

• The Latest Lighting Options: Wireless DMX Uplighting, 360 Light Tubes, Moving Heads Lighting, Wireless Pinspots, Digital Monograms, & Dance Floor Light Bars.

• High End Premium Presentation Options: White furniture style DJ booth & uplit DJ facades.

• Premium Audio: We use Sennheiser G4 system wireless microphones for the highest quality audio and perfect reliability.

• Ambience and Effects: We offer Hazers (latest gen atmospheric), Cold Sparks, UV Blacklighting, Water Ripple Effect Lighting and Texture Gobos.

• Multiple Location Coverage: We can cover four or more locations at your wedding or event, and an assistant will break down location setup after use.

Most private events are priced at a base rate (which can vary depending on number of guests and size of venue), with a 3 hour minimum service time. Base party package includes everything listed below. For more elaborate events/celebrations, all of our amazing add-on services are also available and can be added at additional charge

Corporate & Office Events Package

Starting at $1200.00.

Corporate events (awards dinners, holiday parties, military balls, etc) start at at our base rate (with a 4 hour minimum), and can vary based on size of venue/number of guests, etc. We can provide sound coverage for events up to 800 guests. Base package includes everything listed below. For more elaborate events/celebrations, all of our amazing add-on services are also available and can be added at additional charge.

Wedding Packages

We offer several packages to fit every wedding occasion - from our basic Diamond Package to the premium VIP Package, and all of our packages include the best in sound/lighting to help make your wedding day amazing. Some things to consider when deciding which package/options are the best fit are: how long you need us for (from when guests arrive until the end of the evening), the number of locations you need sound and audio at, the number of guests and size of the dance floor (higher end packages include larger sound systems and subwoofers), and the amount of ambient and dance lighting you need to create the experience you imagine. We use the absolute best in sound, lighting, DJ, and audio gear to make sure every wedding sounds and looks amazing. All packages are customizable and you can add additional time to any package.

Diamond PLUS Package

$1,700.00

This package moves beyond our basic packages and starts adding some venue/architectural lighting options. These have become so popular and add so much to the wedding experience that most couples choose one of these three packages. The Diamond Plus adds ten wireless DMX uplights (which not only add to the look of the reception, but add to the dance experience), one wireless pinspot light (to keep the dessert table highlighted once the natural and overhead lighting drops), as well as upgrades to the sound and lighting systems. A good wedding package!

• Length: Up to 5 hours of DJ Service

• Two Sound Setups: Reception Setup (one 15 or 18 inch sub plus two tops) + Full Ceremony Setup (single powered speaker plus mixer & wireless microphones).

• Coverage for up to 3 locations (reception covered by main setup, ceremony setup can be used to cover cocktail hour as well)

• Two Wireless Microphones (Sennheiser G4 wireless lapel and wireless handheld mics)

Platinum Wedding Package

This package is the next step up for wedding packages and is probably the most popular package The Platinum Package adds more DMX Controlled Wireless Uplighting (to help transform the reception area), a backlit DJ Facade (to give the presentation a high end look), and also adds up to an additional hour of DJ services too! An excellent package for couples looking for a higher-end DJ presentation. A great wedding package!

This is our premium package and is tailored for couples who want to create a wedding experience that guests will be talking about long after the night is over! This package builds upon our Platinum Wedding Package by adding more venue lighting, either a custom digital monogram or our very popular moving head lighting, and more time (if needed). This package helps transform venues by adding more event production, and is the only package that includes the moving head lighting on uplit totems. The best wedding package!

The VIP Plus Wedding Package builds upon our VIP package and offers a sound upgrade for clients who want a higher end sound experience. All of our packages include subwoofers (for a full sound), but for those who want the biggest sound experience for their guests, the VIP Plus package upgrades to two 18 inch subwoofers, plus a dedicated side-fill speaker for the far side of the room - providing full and even sound for the dance floor/reception. An amazing sound experience!

• Our Best Reception System - two 18 inch subwoofers plus two tops, plus one extra side-fill speaker for 360 coverage.

Diamond Wedding Package

This is our no-frills two-location wedding package. Includes our full ceremony setup as well as the reception setup. Ceremony setup can be used to cover cocktail hour as well (in most cases), giving you three locations of coverage. Includes two wireless microphones and standard dance floor lighting, but no venue lighting (uplighting, pinspots, etc).

Photobooth Add-ons!

We’ve updated our Photo Booths for 2025 and 2026! Faster printers, higher resolution prints, & more options!

Any DJ Package plus our Premium Open Air Booth (3 hours)

adds $700 ($800 stand-alone pricing)

• Our premium Open Air Photo Booth includes your choice of 15 backdrops, customizable photo strips (choose from 14 amazing templates or we can help design a custom one for you!), a great selection of new and high quality props, unlimited prints, unlimited downloads (via online gallery - available 3 days after the event), and one of our fun and personable photo booth operators!

• Can also add additional hours if requested (additional charge applies)

• Can have the booth set for ‘fashion mode’ (if requested)

• Can have the booth set for black and white prints (if requested)

Any DJ Package plus our new Social Open Air Booth (4+ hours)

adds $525 ($625 stand-alone pricing)

• Our new social booth is a smaller stand-alone unit and doesn’t include prints or an operator, but does send out instant digital prints to guest’s phones and can be setup for the entire reception or corporate/private event!

• Photos are also uploaded to the online gallery

• Choice of 15 backdrops to choose from

• Some props can be included as well.

Individual Services:

Available as add-ons to any package or a la carte. Lots of new updates for 2026!

• Wireless Uplighting: We use the latest and brightest uplights (6 LEDs per light) for the best in DMX controlled wireless RGBAWUV uplighting. Our light shows are controlled via wireless DMX for the very best lighting experience.

• 360 Tube Lighting (new for 2026): Add up to four 360 light tubes for smooth next-gen lighting effects for the dance floor. Tubes are connected to our Wolfmix DMX controller for perfectly timed patterns and movement.

• All-White DJ Setups (new for 2026): For couples and clients who are looking for a refined all-white DJ setup to match their color palette, we now offer full-white DJ setups which include white column array speakers, white DJ booth, white DJ controller, white lighting control unit, white moving heads and stands, white 360 tubes, and white dance floor lighting (Gravity stand and base).

• Wireless Pinspot Lighting: This is a mini ‘soft light’ spotlight mounted on a single stand, which illuminates the cake, centerpiece, or dessert table to add focus and focal point to a wedding or event.

• Digital Monogram Lighting (new for 2025): We use a high end 5000 lumens, full-HD projector, which allows us to create extremely detailed and bright monograms.

• Cold Sparkulars: Our cold sparks take your wedding or event to the next level, and adds a wow factor to all events. Cold Sparks simulate the flames/sparks from your favorite rock concert (they shoot up to 15 feet high), except the spakrs run cold (no heat!). This means they are safe for guests, and since they produce no heat are safe for all venues. Each Sparkular contains about 20 minutes of powder per unit, so we can use them throughout the entire event to highlight special moments and dance floor high points.

• Moving Head Lighting: Moving heads are high end lighting fixtures that project moving color gobo images around the dance floor. Moving heads provide a club-like experience and add a high end look to any event. They are mounted on either a backlit truss or 6 foot Gravity Stands, and add a wow factor to the dance floor. We use white Chauvet Intimidator series movers for a bright and upscale look.

• Wireless/Battery Powered Ceremony Services: We use Bluetti Lithium Portable Power Stations for power-free ceremony and dinner setups (up to 3 hours).

• Slideshow Setups: includes an HD 5000 lumens projector, Projector stand, 6x6 Projection Screen, & laptop for great looking slideshows and videos.

• Texture Gobos: A static design (often floral patterns) using our high powered 50 watt gobo projector. Adds texture, ambience, and artistry to walls and other focal areas.

• Live Sound Setups and Additional Location Audio Coverage: Are you having musicians or a live band at your wedding? Is your wedding taking place at multiple locations around your venue’s property? No problem! We can setup multiple powered speakers and sound setups to cover ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing, as well as micing musicians for clear live audio.

• Premium Open Air Photo Booths: Our photo booths include a great selection of high quality and fun props, customizable photo strips, choice of backdrops (including fixed frame stretch fabric backdrops), unlimited prints and downloads, professional table linen, online gallery, and fun attendant!

• Social Open Air Photo Booth: Our Social Booth is a standalone booth, with a smaller footprint than our Premium booth. It sends digital prints to guests, and looks very fun and modern. The Social booth can fit in smaller spaces than our Premium booth, and can also be wireless (battery powered as well). Since it is unattended, it can be setup for longer than our Premium booth (always open during the event).

• Emcee Services Only: please call us for details about hosting your next event!

• Effect Lighting (Water Ripple & Blacklighting): We offer UV blacklighting (capable of covering a full gymnasium or other large space with multiple high power UV light bars) and water ripple lighting effects as well. Most popular for corporate functions or school dances.
